Today was my first english Class. We attempted an activity called GAINS. Each student had to pick someone and get to know him by talking about different aspects of his life. I had the oportunity to meet Guillaume Renaud. Guillaume is a very interresting and friendly guy. His primary goal would be to find his study department and get a PHD. For the short term goal, he wishes to finish this session with good grades. His main achievement is that he was able to finish highschool. Guillaume is very interrested in music. He listen primarly to metal genre and sometimes punk music. His network of friends is limited to his phone. He described that texting is his favorite way of comunication, and he doesn't use facebook or any other type of network.
The most interresting thing about this guy are his skills. He is a percutions and drum player. He owns a good set of percutions and he knows how to play it! Guillaume is using a 2003 sonar model drum. He is also learning to record music with his drum because he owns a set of microphones. Guillaume also plays a little bit of guitar, but after he discovered percutions he switched to drum playing. His style of playing is often credited as metal and punk music; those are very technical and fast paced.
